Is this an open-source project?
No. Spicetify is an Android app distributed on Google Play. The app source is not published, and there is no command-line install.
Where do I download it?
Only from Google Play. Search for Spicetify there. Do not install an APK from a download site.
Does it run on Windows, macOS, or Linux?
No. It is an Android app. Phones and tablets that can open the Play Store are the supported devices.
Does it modify the Spotify app on my computer?
No. It does not patch Spotify's desktop files, and it does not ask you to run a terminal command.
Do I need Spotify Premium?
You can install Spicetify without Premium. Playback features that depend on a Premium account still need one.
Uninstall
Open Android settings, find Spicetify, and tap Uninstall. Or open the Play Store listing and uninstall from there. That removes the app from the phone.
